Privacy Policy

ConsultTech CRM, LLC d/b/a Zeploy

Effective date: October 8, 2026

1. Who We Are and What This Covers

Zeploy is a service operated by ConsultTech CRM, LLC ("ConsultTech", "we", or "us").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information through the Zeploy web application (the "Service"). It forms part of our Terms of Service. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by ConsultTech through access to and use of the Service. Other ConsultTech websites or services may have their own privacy policies. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that you provide to or that is collected by any third party, including other apps, websites, or content that may link to or be accessible from or through the Service, including Zoho. These other third parties have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information to or through them.

Zeploy is a business tool. It compares the configuration of Zoho CRM organizations and, when directed, copies configuration and records from one organization to another.

This Privacy Policy applies only to information for which we are the controller. It does not apply to information for which we act as a processor on behalf of our customers, including information in a Zoho CRM organization connected to Zeploy by our customers.

2. What Information We Collect

Information you provide. Information you may provide to us through the Service or otherwise includes:

  • Account identity: Your email address, an authentication identifier issued by Firebase Authentication, your role in your account (owner, admin, or member), and the date you joined.
  • Zoho connection credentials: When you connect a Zoho CRM organization, we store the access and refresh credentials Zoho issues, together with the organization's identifier and name.
  • Billing information: We will collect information needed to bill your account including your plan, seat count, add-ons, subscription status, renewal date, customer identifier and email.

Information collected from your use of the Service. We, our service providers, and our business partners may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your interaction over time with the Service, such as:

  • Zoho configuration metadata: When you take a snapshot of a connected organization, we store its configuration: modules, fields, layouts, picklists, workflows, blueprints, functions, custom views, buttons, and similar settings.
  • Operational and usage data: We keep a log of actions taken in your account and by whom — what was deployed, when, by which user, with what result. We may also collect data about how you use the Service.
  • Technical logs and device data: Our hosting infrastructure generates request and application logs used to operate and secure the Service. These may include IP addresses, timestamps, and request paths. We may also collect information about your device such as the device's operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, CPU usage, and device type.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

  • provide the Service;
  • enable security features of the Service;
  • communicate with you about the Service, including by sending service-related announcements, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages;
  • provide support for the Service, and respond to your requests, questions and feedback;
  • comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal process, such as to respond to subpoenas, investigations or requests from government authorities;
  • protect our, your or others' rights, privacy, safety or property (including by making and defending legal claims);
  • audit our internal processes for compliance with legal and contractual requirements or our internal policies;
  • enforce the terms and conditions that govern the Service; and
  • prevent, identify, investigate, and deter fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical, or illegal activity, including cyberattacks and identity theft.

We may use aggregated, de-identified statistics that identify no customer, user, or organization to understand and improve how the Service is used.

4. Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the legitimate business purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. Additionally, we may continue to store your personal information contained in any of our back-up systems. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we may consider factors such as the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal information, the purposes for which we process your personal information, and the applicable legal requirements.

5. Cookies

We, or third parties, may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect data automatically when you interact with the Service.

Cookies. Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. We use session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) to enable security of the Service.

Browser web storage. We may use browser web storage (including via HTML5), also known as locally stored objects, for similar purposes as cookies. Browser web storage enables the storage of a larger amount of data than cookies. Your web browser may provide functionality to clear your browser web storage.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have the ability to make certain decisions about how your personal information is collected and used.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Your browser may let you control cookies by adjusting the settings within your internet browser. Instructions for blocking or deleting cookies in browsers may be available in each browser's privacy or help documentation. Please note that if you set your browser to disable cookies, your experience with our Service may be impaired and some features may not work as they were intended. Your cookie settings are domain- and browser-specific. If you use a different browser, or use a new or different device, you may need to renew your cookie preferences.

Do Not Track Signals

Some web browsers have "do not track" features that allow you to tell a website not to track you. These features are not all uniform. We do not currently respond to those signals.

Marketing Communications

If you have supplied your email address or phone number, you agree that we may contact you to provide you with information, to inform you of new products, to solicit your feedback, or to keep you up to date about us. You may choose not to receive marketing communications from us. To unsubscribe from marketing communications, please click the "unsubscribe" link included in our marketing emails. Please note that even if you choose not to receive marketing communications from us, you may still receive communications regarding your account and any other service-related issues and updates that will allow us to provide you with the optimal user experience and other matters that are not marketing.

7. How We Share Your Information

We may share your personal information with the following parties (or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, in other applicable notices, or at the time of collection):

  • Service providers: Third parties that provide services on our behalf or help us operate the Service or our business (such as hosting, information technology, customer support, email delivery, and analytics).
  • Third parties designated by you: We may share your personal information with third parties where you have instructed us or provided your consent to do so.
  • Linked third-party services: If you log into the Service with, or otherwise link your Service account to, a third-party service, we may share your personal information with that third-party service. The third party's use of the shared information will be governed by its privacy policy and the settings associated with your account with the third-party service.

  • Authorities and others: Law enforcement, government authorities, and private parties, as we believe in good faith to be necessary or appropriate for the compliance and protection purposes described above.
  • Business transferees: We may disclose personal information in the context of actual or prospective business transactions. For example, we may need to share certain personal information with prospective counterparties and their advisors. We may also disclose your personal information to an acquirer, successor, or assignee of ConsultTech as part of any merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction, and/or in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which personal information is transferred to one or more third parties as one of our business assets.

8. Where Your Data Is Stored

The Service operates in the United States, regardless of which Zoho data center your own CRM organization occupies. If your Zoho organization is outside of the United States, data Zeploy retrieves from it is processed and stored in the United States.

Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

We may require you to prove your identity with approved identification if you request this information.

Lawful Bases for Processing Your Personal Information

We process personal information on the following legal bases:

  • Contract. It is necessary for our performance of the contract you have agreed to enter into with us. If you do not provide your personal information to us, we will not be able to carry out our obligations under the terms of the contract.
  • Legitimate Interests. We process your personal information if it is based on our legitimate interests. For example, we may process personal information in reliance on a legitimate interest in the effective and lawful operation of our business, the effective delivery and improvement of our products, services, and platforms, information security operations, compliance with laws and regulations, compliance with requests for disclosure to law enforcement, courts, and regulatory bodies, and to prevent and detect fraud or suspected fraud. In relation to general inquiries and complaints you send us, our legitimate interest is to provide you with information you have requested and to provide customer support.
  • Consent. Where you have given us consent to do so, we provide you, or permit third parties to provide you, with information about goods or services that may be of interest to you.
  • Legal Claims. We need to process your personal information to defend or establish a legal claim (for example, claims relating to the sale of our goods and services under contract law).

Rights of Data Subjects

You have the following rights, where provided under applicable law, regarding your information, each of which is subject to various exceptions and limitations.

  • The right to be informed. You have the right to be provided with clear, transparent, and easily understandable information about how we use your information and your rights. This is why we are providing you with the information in this Privacy Policy.
  • The right of access. You have the right to obtain access to your information (if we are processing it), and certain other information (similar to that provided in this Privacy Policy). This is so you are aware and can check that we are using your information in accordance with data protection law.
  • The right to rectification. You are entitled to have your information corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • The right to erasure. This is also known as the "right to be forgotten" and, in simple terms, enables you to request the deletion or removal of your information where there is no compelling reason for us to keep using it. This is not a general right to erasure; there are exceptions.
  • The right to restrict processing. You have the right to "block" or suppress further use of your information. When processing is restricted, we can still store your information. We keep lists of people who have asked for further use of their information to be "blocked" to make sure the restriction is respected in the future.
  • The right to data portability. You have the right to obtain and reuse your personal information for your own purposes across different services and platforms.
  • The right to object. You have the right to object to certain types of processing, in particular processing based on our legitimate interests. You can also object at any time to your information being used for direct marketing purposes. Where you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, the personal information will no longer be processed for such purposes.
  • The right to refuse or withdraw consent. You have the right to refuse to provide consent and to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal information at any time with effect for future processing.

If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint or believe our processing of your information does not comply with data protection law, you can make a complaint to a supervisory data protection authority. If you are a UK resident, you can make a complaint to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): https://ico.org.uk/concerns/.

Please note that your rights in relation to your personal information are not absolute. We may, for example, deny you access to your personal information when required or authorized by law, or if granting access would have an unreasonable impact on another individual's privacy. We will retain and use your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy, including as necessary to comply with our legal and business obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can submit a request regarding your personal information by emailing us at privacy@zeployapp.com.
